Rescue services and military personnel inside of Kyiv can be seen maneuvering to a high-rise apartment building that was struck by a Russian bomb of some sort in a scene eerily reminiscent of 9/11.
On September 11, 2001, there was a famous phone call made between Vladimir Putin and then President George Bush. Putin was a relatively newly elected president at the time, and he was the first world leader to call the United States during those dire straits. He also took a visit to Ground Zero and met with New York firefighters.
Today, at the direction of Vladimir Putin, the Russian armed forces have recreated the Ground Zero aftermath from 9/11 inside of Ukraine by launching an attack into a civilian occupied high-rise building. I some how doubt we will see Putin shaking hands with the Kyiv Fire Department, which we see in this video running into the high-rise building.
In this footage, rescue services can be seen maneuvering towards the impacted building, likely still working to rescue civilians who have not been evacuated yet.
