Powerline Catches Artillery Shell in Ukraine

Civilian footage coming out of Ukraine today allegedly shows an artillery shell that was stopped by a powerline. It's unclear when and where this footage was filmed, but if the video is genuine then this is one of those rare war anomalies that you generally see in a museum, like two bullets that collided with one another during the American Civil War.
