Footage recorded on a home owner's doorbell camera captures the moment a high speed chase comes to an abrupt halt on the same street as a recent pizza delivery. The driver, worried about the safety of both his vehicle and his livelihood, walks out to the sidewalk and assists law enforcement by sweeping the leg of the person fleeing from law enforcement as he runs by.
