Footage from an unspecified front in Ukrainian documents the point of view of a Western medic, possibly an American, rusting into a bunker that just took a direct hit from a Russian artillery shell and treating seriously wounded Ukrainian troops.

Both injuries appear to be on lower legs with gaping open wounds. The first injury receives some light hemostatic gauze packing and an Israel pressure dressing. The second injury is more significant. The medic goes deeper with his gauze packing in an attempt to get the gaze directly on the severed vessel. The wound is then wrapped as the wounded soldier screams in agonizing pain.
