Recently submitted footage coming from Ukraine, allegedly shows captured pilots from a Russian Mi-35 that was shot down by Ukrainian anti-air earlier today.
Now, in my personal analysis of the Russian Mi-35 crash, I find it hard to believe these two war-torn men were inside that helicopter when it went down. As Funker530 journalist, Josh Brooks explained it, "a Russian helicopter is seen turning into a fireball", is not a good term to be used if someone is expected to survive. On the flipside, others have implied these two were NOT the pilots themselves, but that of a recovery team sent on a search and rescue mission for the downed pilot or any survivors.
Personally, this is more believable context, seeing how the two men are dressed in ordinary track suits, inconspicuously; However, this does not explain the extreme injuries they appear to have sustained prior to the footage rolling. Could they have been captured around the crash site? Could the Ukrainian armed forces have beaten them?
At this point, we are "tin-foiling", so it's best to leave it at that. If you have any additional context you'd like to provide to this footage, leave a comment below. We love reading all your thoughts and personal analysis.
