This footage shows a Ukrainian infantry element (specific unit unknown) using a Switchblade 300 drone to attack and destroy a Russian Anti-Tank Guided Missile (ATGM) team. Because the KIA are shown, viewer discretion is advised.
The Switchblade 300 is a man-portable loitering munition drone, designed to give infantry some independent options for air support when it isn't otherwise guaranteed. The Switchblade has enjoyed success since 2011, particularly in striking entrenched targets or those that disappear quickly. The weapon system "cut its teeth", so to speak, being used to rapidly intercept IED teams in Afghanistan.
However, as the ability to quickly and cheaply produce drone munitions using off-the-shelf components has caught up, the Switchblade has proven less popular in Ukraine. It appears to be particularly susceptible to Russian jamming and is performing less effectively against Russian tanks and mobile artillery. Therefore, it is becoming less requested and less used as compared to commercial or field-expedient builds, which can be made for less than $1000 USD whereas the guidance unit for a Switchblade alone costs around $30,000 USD.
