(NSFW) Taliban Brutally Beat Western Ally Journalists After Takeover

Footage surfacing from the continued chaos in Afghanistan, reportedly shows Taliban fighters brutally beating Afghan journalists who supported the western allies throughout the past two decades. Yesterday, we posted some information in regard to the Taliban's ideologic practices stating "The Islamic Emirate has ordered its Mujahideen and once again instructs them that no one is allowed to enter anyone's house without permission. Life, property and honor of none shall be harmed but must be protected by the Mujahedeen".

You tell me, does it look like the Taliban are honoring life or property? Just a few weeks ago, another incident occurred which left Reuters journalist Danish Siddiqui deceased. Siddiqui was a seasoned journalist who had covered numerous conflicts, spanning from Iraq to Nepal. However, on July 16, 2021, Siddiqui was reporting near the Pakistan border with the Afghan National Army. While talking to local shopkeepers, the area soon became overrun by Taliban fighters. During this incident, Siddiqui was gunned down by the Taliban. Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid later made a statement that the Taliban fighters present during the engagement were "un-aware" of the journalists presence.

Another media report surfacing has described Taliban fighters killing yet another Afghan journalist and kidnapping another. As of August 9, 2021, Afghan authorities are investigating the slaying of Toofan Omar and kidnapping of Nematullah Hemat. Under speculation, Omar was believed to have been targeted because of his management role at the privately owned radio station, Paktia Ghag Radio. Along with this, Omar was a prosecutor at the Parwan Detention Facility prison complex. According to reports, Omar was gunned down by Taliban fighters while en route to Kabul, seeking safety from the Taliban.

On the same day, Nematullah Hemat, a reporter for the privately owned news channel, Gharghasht TV, was reportedly kidnapped from his home in Lashkar Gah, located in southern Helman province. There are still no reported updates on Hemat's status or whereabouts. Taliban spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid has refused to correspond on the situation.
