A man was fatally shot by Dallas police after he pulled a gun while resisting arrest for alleged drug-dealing. The incident took place on Jul. 28, 2022 and was caught on multiple body worn cameras as well as convenience store security camera.
According to reports, police attempted to arrest 30-year-old Kyle Dail after they allegedly saw him make multiple drug deals. Officers followed him into a convenience store and attempted to make the arrest. Tail can be seen resisting detention, and suddenly pulls a firearm. He rapidly tosses the firearm, but one of the officers already called out the weapon, which resulted in another officer firing his service pistol into Dail. Dail was taken to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
