(NSFW) Russian Soldier Neutralized At Extreme Close Range

Brutal footage from Ukraine's Azov Brigade shows a low light trench clearing operation in which the Ukrainian soldier is forced to use a weapon mounted flashlight to navigate the enemy fighting position.

As pies around a corner, he suddenly sees a Russian soldier only inches away. He opens fire, putting multiple rounds into the Russian, ensuring he is no longer a threat.

It appears the Russian may have been wounded prior to the clip as a small amount of blood can be seen on his face just prior to being shot. Regardless of the man's condition, no chances can be taken when entering and clearing an enemy fighting position, and any chance of a peaceful outcome has already passed at that point.
