Footage released by Pro-Russian sources on Telegram that is now circulating on multiple social media platforms captures a pair of snipers targeting Ukrainian troops. It appears as if the shots being taken are at a great distance, because the pair has no issue speaking back and fourth to one another in a conversational tone of voice for the duration of the video.
It's unclear when and where this footage was filmed.
