(NSFW) Russian Medic Provides Aid to Wounded Russian Soldier

Video recorded on an action camera mounted to a Russian Medic shows a wounded Soldier receiving battlefield triage after a drone dropped munition was used on his entrenched position.
There's a lot of missing context in this video. We don't know when or where it was recorded. What we do know however is that the device being utilized to stop the bleeding in this video is probably insufficient. I'm not a medic, so I won't sit here and claim that I'm an expert in all things TCCC, but this Russian Medic's aid kit appears to be in pretty rough shape.
