Brutal witness video reportedly out of Indianapolis shows a road rage incident in which an irate driver boxes in another vehicle, gets out of his car with a gun, and begins beating on another vehicle. At that point he is shot dead by the other driver at point blank range. The video highlights the necessity of the 2nd Amendment as an unarmed victim would have been at the mercy of an armed man throwing a child's tantrum.
