NSFW: LA Cop Shoots Armed Robbery Suspect Through Windshield

This compilation of bodycam and security footage depicts 32-year-old Eduardo Villasenor as he steals several items from a convenience store before drawing a handgun from his backpack. As he leaves the store, he is intercepted by a Los Angeles County Deputy, who after repeatedly warning him to drop his weapon, shoots Villasenor through the windshield of his own cruiser.

Before the start of the footage, we hear the initial 911 call. Then, security footage from the convenience store is shown to corroborate the information provided by the caller. In the footage, beginning 0:38, Villasenor is seen to the right with a grey sweatshirt and red backpack. He pulls the handgun from the pack at 0:50. He's shown talking with someone- presumably the 911 caller (black shirt, center).

At 01:09, security footage from a nearby car dealership depicts Villasenor leaving with the weapon in his hands, pursued by LA County deputies. Although not pictured in this video, it is reported that the suspect pointed the handgun at a bystander upon leaving the convenience store, which prompted this heightened response from the Sheriff's Department. At 01:23, we see the deputy shoot Villasenor through the windshield of his SUV. He fires a total of six rounds, dropping Villasenor. Villasenor was treated by both the officers and LA County paramedics before being admitted to the hospital, where he was listed as stable. No other persons were harmed.
