This short clip depicts Israeli Navy personnel destroying a Hamas boat, then eliminating the survivors with automatic weapons fire and grenades. The Geneva Convention affords protection to sailors/boat crewmen who are shipwrecked, even due to action, provided that they are not actively taking hostile action at the time. Therefore, there is room to argue that this is objectively a war crime. However, others may contend that this scenario falls under the purview of FAFO.
