Footage from the Islamic State's initial siege in Iraq shows an ISIS technical firing an AA gun at Iraqi forces. An Iraqi tank responds by making a direct hit on the truck, absolutely destroying it and eliminating its crew.
While small, civilian style vehicles offer mobility, versatility, and easy maintenance, the drawbacks are demonstrated in the video, and the cliche "bringing a knife to a gunfight" comes to mind.
