(NSFW) Accurate Munition Drops on Russian Troops

Several drone videos have been released by Ukrainian sources showing several accurate drops against Russian troops in the open. The Russians appear to have no idea that the drone is overhead, indicating that they either are actively engaged and are unable to hear the drones above, or that the drones are flying out of auditory range of the Russian troops.

The fact that the Russians are unable to hear the whine of the drone's engine suggest that troops in the field need access to active hearing protection that can amplify distant noise. It's also yet another argument against lower cut helmets that offer slightly higher protection from air-burst fragmentation. While that protection might be nice to have, lower cut helmets that cover the troops' ears would make it even harder to hear these drone engines that are high above troops on the deck.
