North Korean state TV footage from a recent military parade shows a variety of civilian-looking vehicles being used as combat vehicles and rocket launchers. The idea to use unassuming vehicles for military operations isn't a new concept, but is more within the modus operandi of insurgent groups rather than conventional forces like the DPRK's army.
The technique would likely work for a time, but it would eventually lead to the targeting of civilian infrastructure and equipment.
