Helmet cam footage reportedly shows a Ukrainian anti tank guided missile (ATGM) team engaging Russian troops from atop a system-mounted technical. One of the RK-3 Corsar missiles fails to fire, and the operator quickly unloads it and chucks it to the ground. The malfunctioning munition suddenly springs to life and launches itself into the side of the vehicle. In many weapon hang-fire procedures, the correct action to take would be to wait several seconds in case a delayed fire happens. That works well in field manuals and on training ranges, but in combat, expedience is necessary to get shots on target before the target maneuvers on you.
