Learning to Shoot Long Range with National Association for Gun Rights

I got the opportunity to head out and spend some time with National Association for Gun Rights President, Dudley Brown. The purpose of the trip was just to hang out and learn how to shoot at extreme long range, which we did. By the end of a week, I was able to hit successively and reliably at distances out to 1,833 yards, well over a mile. After a bit of time with folks from Kinetic Research Group and Thunderbeast, they really were able to break down the nuance and de-mystify long range precision shooting. The tail-end of the trip was what you're seeing here, some time on Dudley's NAGR range and their office.

The targets we're shooting at here range from 10 inches down to three inches at about 450 yards. While it isn't TOO difficult of a shot, the wind gusts in that area of Colorado were in the 30mph range, causing us to really ramp up our windage holds. You can hear the wind on the final shot of getting hit by that stupid ball launcher.

The Funker530 team are all shooters, hunters, and outdoorsmen beyond our military careers. There are certain organizations that are absolutely standing up for your rights rather than padding their pockets (I'm looking at you LaPierre and NRA). NAGR is one of them and you should absolutely be supporting them. Join as a Member (No, we weren't paid for this trip)
