The city council building of Kharkiv in eastern Ukraine was hit by a massive rocket fired by Russian forces on March 1st.
Footage of the aftermath shows debris scattered on the road after the explosion while the administration building was still standing.
Ukrainian officials said at least 11 people have been killed by Russian missiles launched towards Kharkiv, Ukraine's second-largest city, as of February 28.
Based on still images of the projectile, it appears to be either a Smerch or Uragan MLRS rocket.
