Footage from inside Blue Origin's New Shepard space capsule shows billionaire Jeff Bezos and his crew experimenting with anti gravity as the space craft soars 66 miles above the Earth.
Bezos is the second billionaire to ride their own craft into space in less than two weeks. Virgin Galactic founder Richard Branson beat Bezos to space by nine days.
The crew included Bezos' brother Mark, Wally Funk, a female aviation pioneer that trained in the space program in the 1960s but never went to space, and a Dutch 18-year-old Oliver Daemen whose father won him the spot in an auction. Funk and Daemen just made history as both the oldest and youngest to go to space.
The flight itself was entirely automated and required no onboard operations crew or pilot. Both the capsule and rocket were recycled from previous flights and will likely be used again. The significance of the flight may have been overshadowed by the ensuing memes, comparing the shape of the New Shepard rocket to a giant dong.
