CCTV footage recorded during the 10/7 Hamas attacks in Israel captures the moment a group of IDF Soldiers exchanges fire with Hamas terrorists near Be’eri. According to the release, the Israeli Soldiers were with Unit 5101, which is better known as the Shaldag Unit.

For those of you who are out of the loop, Unit 5101, or the Shaldag Unit, is an elite Israeli Air Force Sayeret (Reconnaissance) unit. This unit specifically is with the 7th Special Air Forces Wing and is based in the Palmachim Airbase.
