The Israeli Police have released footage of today's raid by the elite Yamam Counter-Terrorist Unit who are in a tense firefight with al-Aqsa as they move to eliminate a prominent al-Aqsa commander in Nabulus.
The footage above was recorded today on helmet mounted camera systems attached to operators from the Yamam Counter-Terror unit. The purpose of the raid was to capture or kill Ibrahim al-Nabulsi, a prominent al-Aqsa commander that had been evading Israeli forces for several months.
Two other al-Aqsa fighters were killed during the raid as well, 32-year-old Islam Sabbouh, and 16-year-old Hussein Jamal Taha. 60 other individuals were injured during the raid, however at this time it's unclear which group is responsible for any collateral damage. Judging from the control these guys are showing throughout the footage, my money is not on the Israelis, as what sounds like dozens of other firefights can be heard taking place around where the footage is being recorded.
This footage has been cleared of any personal security issues by the Israeli Police.
