This is footage of the Zakot Tower in Nuseirat, Gaza, being obliterated by Israeli airstrikes. The person filming and other civilians were given prior warning, as evidenced by the camera being pointed exactly where it needed to be. These warnings are often issued by phone call, but the Israeli Air Force will also "knock"- that is, use a light, superficially destructive munition to warn the occupants that a larger strike is coming. Here, we see GBU-31s being used to finish off the Zakot tower, a few days after it was initially targeted and struck.
