Drone footage released by Russian sources shows an attack against the training area for the 13th Brigade of the Ukrainian National Guard using Iskander cluster sub-munitions. The training facility is located near Peresichne in the Kharkiv region of Ukraine. According to Russian sources, the National Guard unit was transporting troops around the training area in civilian busses, an ambulances were allegedly seen heading to the scene of the attack shortly after it had concluded.
