Footage recorded at the beginning of the Battle of Mosul captures an Iraqi Police unit using artillery to conduct a preparatory bombardment of Islamic State positions inside of the city of Mosul. For a brief period in time the speed limit in that area was entirely enforced by artillery rounds.
