Footage published to multiple social media platforms captures the moment a Saudi sniper takes a shot at the Houthi Rebel who is trying to find him with a pair of binoculars. While the sniper shot appears to impact low and left of the spotter, it's incredibly likely that the fragmentation from the rock still embedded itself deep into the Houthi Rebel's face.
