Hezbollah Rocket Targets Children On Playground

Cell phone video footage recorded by a teen girl on July 28, 2024 shows the moment a Hezbollah rocket impacted and detonated in a busy playground in the Majdal Shams area of the Golan Heights. The strike reportedly killed 12 children.

Seconds before impact, a warning siren starts blaring. Israel is targeted by both Hamas and Hezbollah rockets so frequently, it's likely that the sirens are now met with complacency. Regardless of the slow reaction time, the rocket impacts mere seconds later, demonstrating they wouldn't have had time to get to safety.

Israel has since escalated protective measures offensively. Within the last 48 hours, Israel struck inside Beirut, Lebanon's capital and killed Fouad Shukur, a top Hezbollah military leader responsible for the 1983 US Marine barracks bombing. Then, the Israelis struck inside Iran's capital city, Tehran, killing Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh.

Israel is sending a clear message that they are no so havens for terrorist dirtbags.
