Guns Of The PDF: Anti-Junta Fighter Shows Off Homemade 5.56

Although much commentary is often made about how the anti-junta militias in Myanmar began their war with slam-bang shotguns and black powder rifles (both of which are true) whereas today they often field bump helmets, plate carriers and AK's, there is still a fairly vast middle ground in PDF armament which is filled with home-builds such as this. Showcased with a 10-round "proprietary magazine", this rifle is chambered in 5.56 and takes obvious design cues from the AK platform insofar as magazine seating and retention, albeit with a right-handed bolt for cycling. This is the sort of thing that will probably hit Ian McCollum's desk in about five years.
