GoPro video from a pair of Ukrainian Soldiers with the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade in Bakhmut shows an engagement with Russian forces. The pair utilizes an RPG to effectively suppress Russian forces.
From the video alone, it's impossible to tell exactly what's going on this video. Due to the situation on the ground in Ukraine however, we can bet that these two guys are operating in a small unit hunter-killer capacity. Their objective is most likely to harass and disable Russian armor in the city of Bakhmut. Operating in this shoot and scoot fashion would make them a real nuisance for advancing Russian forces, even if they aren't effectively destroying any Russian tanks.
More than likely, even if they are only posing a threat to Russian armor, they are forcing Russian infantry to advance ahead of the armor in an attempt to pin them to one location. Should they be pinned down in a single house, a Russian tank would have no issues maneuvering into a position and shelling the house. Until they're pinned down however, they get to play a game of cat and mouse with Russian forces, causing chaos amongst their maneuver elements and generally slowing everything down.
