Cell phone footage recorded by a Russian Soldier standing guard at a security checkpoint in Kursk captures the moment an FPV drone nearly impacts with a vehicle. According to Russian sources, the vehicle was being driven by civilians, however it's impossible to verify that information since both sides of the conflict frequently use unmarked civilian vehicles to transport troops and logistics around the battlespace.
