Force Recon Marines on the Range

A lighter-hearted video that focuses on the range training of Force Reconnaissance Marines. Sometimes it's good to remember that the American Fighting Man really is the best in the world.

Force Reconnaissance Marines with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit in 2018 participate in the Realistic Urban Training Exercise at Camp Hansen in Okinawa Japan. Force Reconnaissance Marines are part of the core capability of any Marine Expeditionary Unit. They allow the MEU the capacity to conduct long range reconnaissance behind enemy lines, as well provide the MEU with the ability to conduct VBSS operations abroad throughout the Indo-Pacific region.

This video was recorded by Lance Corporal Hannah Hall, a member of the 31st MEU's Combat Camera team.
