Footage shows a FGM-148 Javelin missile being used to destroy a maneuvering Russian armored vehicle. The exact description of the targeted armor cannot be determined from the footage, but the dust cloud of the vehicle can be seen in the distance prior to the strike.
If the viewer watches closely they will notice an American flag patch on the helmet of the Javelin operator. One shouldn't make any assumptions based on the symbol. American troops are not operating openly in Ukraine, Ukrainian forces have proven to wear a multitude of patches, and there are several dual national Ukrainian-American citizens in the Armed Force of Ukraine.
