A jet ski packed with explosives and outfitted with remote control technology washed up on a Turkish shoreline of the Black Sea. Although not confirmed, it is believed to be an improvised Ukrainian unmanned surface vessel (USV) designed to sink Russian war ships. The USV likely lost signal connection with its pilot or experienced a mechanical malfunction causing it to go adrift for an undetermined amount of time. Ukraine has consistently proven to be resourceful and innovative in using technology to level the playing field with the massive Russian military.
