Eight JDAMS Level Entire Insurgent Stronghold

American troops roll up on an insurgent stronghold and call in an airstrike to remove it from the battlefield. Eight Joint Direct Attack Munitions are dropped directly on target to destroy it.

When you control the skies, you automatically control the most territory. The first gulf war, and the invasion of Iraq were proof of this. Air superiority is the key to warfare in the modern era, and that doesn't look like it's going to be changing any time soon.

In Iraq, it was not uncommon for things like this to occur. joint direct attack munitions, better known as JDAMs were commonly dropped on hardened targets throughout Iraq to eliminate insurgent opposition. This was the safest way to clear areas of enemy combatants, and allowed Soldiers and Marines on the ground to move through densely insurgent populated cities with ease.
