This footage, provided by Ukraine’s 1st Tank Brigade, shows one of their tanks getting up-close-and-personal with Russian-held positions before blasting them with the cannon. This attack is reported to have occurred in Novooleksandrivka, in the region of Luhansk.

Getting close enough to clench the enemy and maul them with heavy firepower, giving them no place to run, seems to be a favored Ukrainian tactic concerning armor- here is a clip of a Bradley being used in much the same manner, although the tank in this video puts a definite exclamation point on the exercise, cruising down main street and hammering both sides of the road. It goes without saying that this must be terrifying for the Russians, especially given that the ones in this location seem to have no counter or preventative measures whatsoever for the lumbering tank.
