A Russian cruise missile or rockets struck a busy Ukrainian shopping mall, which was occupied by an estimated 1,000 civilians at the time of the strike. At least two people were killed and another 20 were injured. The incident took place in the vicinity of Kremenchuk, in Ukraine's Poltava region.
Poltava houses Ukraine's largest oil refinery, but it's unclear why the Kremenchuk shopping mall was chosen as a target.
