One person was killed and two more were injured in an explosion and fire that struck a Russian FSB border control headquarters building in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, approximately 80 miles east of Ukraine's donetsk border.
Russian officials claimed the incident was the result of an electrical short circuit that started a fire and ignited stored chemicals and lubricants. The explosion collapsed part of the building and massive black plumes of smoke could be seen billowing from the building.
