Cops Rescue Driver Submerged In Canal

Body worn camera footage recorded on Jul. 23, 2022 by Florida's Indian River County Sheriff's Office shows the rescue of a entrapped driver that had just rolled her car into a canal. As the car began to sink, the driver's head submerged below the water line, putting her at imminent risk of drowning. The responding officer used a knife to cut the driver's seat belt, freeing her from the vehicle.
