(NSFW) Colombian Howitzer Has Catastrophic Malfunction

Two video angles of an incident in which multiple Colombian soldiers were seriously injured shows a howitzer artillery cannon essentially exploding upon being fired.
The reason for the malfunction is unclear, but the round itself reportedly detonated inside the cannon. The incident took place in March 2022 in the municipality of Patía in Cauca at the 29th Instruction and Retraining Battalion live-fire range.
