Cockpit Footage From Mi-8 Operating In Combat Zone

I'm going to apologize in advance for the cringe, dubbed over music... but I then again, I wanted you all to feel my pain after watching the video a few times.
The footage presented claims to show Ukrainian operated Mi-8 helicopters, launching rockets onto Russian occupied positions. Although it isn't present in the footage, both helicopters appear to pop flares as they bank right away from their firing positions.
