Civilians Pull Sea Mine Onto Beach in Russia

Cell phone footage recorded at the beach in the Russian city of Sochi captures a group of men pulling a sea mine out of the black sea up onto the crowded beach. While many on social media platforms such as Twitter are stating the mine is of Ukrainian origin, it is being reported by Russian military forces that the mine was a training-practice mine from the neighboring Adler, used specifically by naval de-mining teams for training.
