Civilian's Dashcam Taken Out by Shrapnel During Missile Attack

Dashcam footage recorded in a civilian vehicle captures the moment a missile impacts with a civilian building in the city of Chernihiv.

It's unclear exactly which munition was used in this attack currently. There is a lot of debate between the Iskander and Kalibr. At this time, we are unable to independently verify the type of munition used, so we won't speculate ourselves as the explosion is not a sure enough tell of what caused the destruction.

We're also unsure if the civilian inside of the recorded vehicle was injured or not as the audio from the original video does not exist. That said, there is a high likelihood that more than one piece of shrapnel penetrated the windscreen. At the very least, the dash cam was definitely damaged by the blast, which could be an indicator that the person inside of the car may have been injured as well.
