Civilians Almost Splatted by Falling Rocket

CCTV footage coming out of Israel this morning captures the moment a large cluster of civilians is almost killed by a falling rocket. The rocket was launched by Hezbollah forces and defeated by the Iron Dome. For their part, all of the civilians in this footage, including the ones driving their cars down the street, were still supposed to be inside of shelters however it seems as if very few people are taking the ten minute windows following rocket attacks seriously at this stage.
