Members of the Free Syrian Army engage what appears to be a BMP-1 with one of their CIA supplied BGM-71 TOW missiles and score a direct hit.
There are three parties engaged in this video, even though one isn't directly represented other than by the hardware one side is using. On one end, we have the FSA using a CIA supplied BGM-71 TOW missile. On the other side, we have the SAA in what appears to be a Cold War era BMP-1 which is entirely unprepared to deal with the armor defeating capabilities of the weapon system currently being fired at it.
If you go to the upper-right hand side of your screen you'll find a search bar. If you type ATGM into that, you'll find dozens of videos that are incredibly similar to this one. Some of them feature the Konkurs ATGM, others feature the 9k111 Fagot. The most prominent amongst them should feature the BGM-71 TOW missile however, and there's in-depth write ups all over our webpage talking about the CIA sponsored TOW Missile Program that occurred in Syria between 2014 and 2017. We've also done in-depth analysis on how the CIA's TOW program fundamentally changed the way that Islamic Extremists hope to fight wars for the rest of all time.
I'm not going to keep beating a dead horse. We've talked about it a hundred times or more by now. Enjoy this video of a TOW shredding a BMP.
