Breaking: American ATACMS Fired Deep Into Russia

Footage recorded by what is likely a Russian civilian living near the city of Karachev, in the Bryansk region of Russia, which is 70 miles from the border with Ukraine, shows a massive explosion occurring at the 67th GRAU Arsenal ammunition storage facility. This is the first time American long range weapons have been utilized to strike targets deep within Russia. The attack comes days after current lame-duck President of the United States Joe Biden changed his stance on allowing Ukrainian forces to utilize long-range precision guided munitions for offensive actions inside of Russian territory. It also crosses one of Putin's red lines where he earlier stated that an attack with NATO munitions on Russian territory would be viewed as an attack by NATO itself. There was no official confirmation from Ukraine about what weapon was used. The military's general staff and military intelligence agency did not immediately reply to requests for comment.
