Bored Marines Parody Lonely Island Song While on Deployment

Never underestimate the creativity of a group of Marines who are bored in the middle of nowhere. If they have electricity, any sort of camera equipment at all, and the ability to use auto-tunes, they will do something.

Marines from Fox Company, 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marines, film an entire music video while in literally the middle of nowhere. These Marines were deployed to the Farah Province of Afghanistan, and this position was called COP Barrows.

If you're uninitiated, COP is an acronym that stands for Combat Outpost. It's one of the smaller logistical strong-points that Marines are capable of operating out of. In this situation, a single platoon reinforced was stationed alone and unafraid out in the middle of nowhere. The only way for them to get supplies was through resupply drops from passing C-130s shoving pallets of food and water out of the back in the vicinity of their position.

If you leave Marines alone long enough with auto-tunes, this is what happens. I have taken the liberty of censoring two shots in the video, as one showed the Marines' vast collection of images torn out of popular magazines like Curves, and Penthouse, and the other showed the lead Marine in a state of complete undress.
