Azeri Troops Patrol With Armor While Gunfight Rages Nearby

Cell phone video released by an Azeri Soldier shows a large dismounted patrol supported by armor moving somewhere in the Nagorno-Karabakh. Somewhere in the distance, a gunfight can be heard taking place, but these specific troops do not appear to be involved with it.
Unfortunately, the only context available for this footage is that it shows Azeri troops and it was recorded on September 19th of this year.
