Azerbaijani Cluster Munitions Rip Through Artsakh Residential Area

A neighborhood security camera caught a series of Azerbaijani cluster munition strikes ripping through an Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) residential area during recent hostilities between Armenia and Azerbaijan.


Although an international treaty (with over a hundred nation state signatories) exists that bans the use of cluster munitions, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Russia (the main players in the current conflict) are not participants.
