This footage depicts Anti-Junta fighters in Myanmar using a slingshot to harass their pro-government enemies.
Taunting one's enemies in time of war, for no other reason than to get a rise out of them, is a tradition as old as war itself. This tradition shows up in every conflict, whether brought on by boredom, to lighten the mood, or simply a need to mess with the other guy. Herein, we see Anti-Junta insurgents/fighters who takes it upon themselves to troll the government forces with a slingshot. They pass it between each other, taking shots and giggling like kids. The high-five at 01:52 really sells the juvenile fun of the moment. Personally, I'm reminded of the circa 2014 Iraq video of a sniper getting trolled by a shovel dressed in uniform.
